The hydraulic 3 roll bending machine Rollpower 3R is a double-prebending plate roll with three driving rolls. The side rolls translate allowing the execution of the pre-bending on the two edges of the plate. The two side rolls are moved by hydraulic cylinders which ensure a high thrust force during the rolling phase.
The machine is supplied complete with two digital readouts which indicate the position of the side rolls, Plate Rolling Press Manufacturers. The rotation is transmitted by hydraulic motors coupled to a planetary reduction gear.
All rolls rotate on bearings, the parallelism control of the rolls is guaranteed by a system that allows the tilting and realignment of the rolls directly from the control desk.
The opening of the drop-end for the extraction of the pipe is operated from the control desk and take place via a hydraulic cylinders. Our range covers a working capacity with thickness from 5mm up to 100mm.
